Kettlebell AMPD: Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine. Join Michele, Kate, Jen, Amy or Allison for some fun! Check schedule for availability.

Spinning: Indoor spinning, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Certified Spinning® Instructors Michele, Kate, Jen, Amy and Laura will challenge you with a great ride and burn up the indoor road! Check schedule for availability.

Shreadmill Class: 45 minutes of a HIIT workout to shred the fat, improve cardio performance, and maximize your health! Total body training for every fitness level and all are welcome! Class size is limited to 20 clients per class and is coached by Sarah. Check schedule for availability.

Body Blast: This is a full body strength training class that utilizes the basic weight training moves to help aid us in everyday body mechanics. This class is challenging and is designed for those who want to see a change in muscle, tone, and definition is the goal. The amount of weight used is decided by the participant. The coaching will take you out of your comfort zone, enabling you to reap all the positive benefits of weight training. It is open to everyone, new and experienced. Check schedule for availability.

Boxing Bootcamp: Training body and mind in the skills and principles of boxing trains a well-rounded high-level athlete. Boxing expects your highest physical and mental capacity of the current you. Power, strength, speed, agility and endurance are just a few of the rewards one accomplishes when training in this combat sport. This class is for beginner and experienced boxers. This class does require boxing gloves and/or wraps for protection of wrists and hands and is led by certified trainer Robbie Armstrong. Check schedule for availability.

A$$tastic: Come get your booty toned, lifted and kicked in this 35-minute class that focuses on your rump! It’s a deceleration program. You’ll warm up to 2 minutes of HIIT training then get you burn on. 8 gluteus moves for 1 minute with a 30 second rest. Then we decrease to 45 seconds same 8 moves and crush the end with 30 seconds and no break. You’ll sweat buckets and have loads of ass-tastic fun!! We’ll wrap it up with 1 core. Strength Unleashed: Working in groups, with challenging cardio and weight training exercises, it is free on Saturday morning to those who have a current gym membership and a normal class fee for those who have group class packages. Be prepared to be pushed to your limits and beyond in a great group atmosphere. Your certified coaches, Kate and Jason not only lead you, but take the class WITH you to encourage and foster team building! Check schedule for availability.

HIIT IT! Bike, Row & Pump: This Circuit style class will get your heart pumping as you move through 5 stations. 2 cardio (Bike) (Row) and three strength stations. (upper body, lower body and abs) HIIT training is great for increasing endurance and burning fat through your entire day. Jen is your coach. Check schedule for availability.

Deep Stretch Yoga: Deep Stretch Yoga is a quiet practice that uses long holds to warm muscles and target deeper tissues that lay beneath the muscle layer. This allows you to tap into the “sweet spots” often neglected in traditional workouts and vigorous yoga classes while improving flexibility. This class is designed to free muscle tissue stagnation and lubricate joints. Each pose will be held for 3-5 minutes, allowing you to fully stretch and release the targeted muscle groups. The class is appropriate for all fitness levels and poses can be modified to accommodate physical limitations. Check schedule for availability.

Piyo: PiYo brings elements of Pilates and yoga combined with the use of your body weight to increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion. The class is a music-driven, low impact workout. When you’re done, you’ll feel that exhilarating glow that comes with doing something great for your body! Allison is your coach. Check schedule for availability.

TRX Fusion: High Intensity cardio interval training matched with TRX movements that will challenge you and make your body a training machine. Join certified TRX instructor Michele for 45 minutes of intense activity while working with a partner in a group class setting. Check schedule for availability.
