Body Blast: This is a full body strength training class. Coached by certified trainers, it utilizes the basic weight training moves to help aid us in everyday body mechanics. This class is challenging and is designed for those who want to see a change in muscle, tone, and definition is the goal. The amount of weight used is decided by the participant. As muscle definition is achieved, metabolism gets a boost, followed by increased energy and self-confidence. The coaching will take you out of your comfort zone, enabling you to experience all the positive benefits of weight training. It is open to everyone, new and experienced. Triple B “B.A.M”: This 45-minute class incorporates “Bad Ass Movements” using a stability ball. It will sculpt and define your booty, belly, and biceps. We will warm up with dynamic stretching and heat building. Then you’ll be hit with some booty-busting, belly-blasting, arm-sculpting exercises. It’s high intensity but low impact. Have no fear, you’ll raise your heart rate too! It rounds out with a cool down and stretch that will leave you energized yet relaxed. Pound Fit: This class is instructed by Pound certified trainers. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Pound transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. While listening to the music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, Pound Fit provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out! Shreadmill Class: 45 minutes of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout with Angie to shred the fat, improve cardio performance, and maximize your health! Tabata Cardio & Core: Tabata training is attractive because it saves a lot of time for people. It offers the maximum benefit with the least amount of time used to get those results. Tabata training will raise your metabolism and heart rate immediately. Since you are performing these exercises at a very high intensity, your body will have to work much harder to keep it up. This will cause your heart to pump fast and your metabolism to jump, which you want if you are planning on losing fat. Your metabolism will stay at that high not only during the workout, but after the workout as well. This means that your body will be burning fat for hours after. Boxing Mania: Training your body and mind in the skills and basics of boxing trains a well-rounded high level athlete. Boxing allows for your highest physical and mental capacity to come into play. Power, strength, speed, agility and endurance are just a few of the rewards one accomplishes when training in this combat sport. This class is for beginner and experienced boxers. We will work on all aspects of the sport; including jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts as well as footwork, agility and abdominal training. Strength Unleashed: Working in groups, with challenging cardio and weight training exercises, it is free on Saturday morning to those who have a current gym membership and a normal class fee for those who have group class packages. Deep Stretch Yoga: This class is lead by Leah Hartman, and focuses on the healing and therapeutic benefits of yoga and chakra energy. Leah has been teaching for over 1 year.
